The Artworks Community Studio was very pleased to invite community members and stakeholders to come along and join us for a social lunch with our wonderful tech support volunteer Brian Hibben. Hosting this event provided the opportunity to acknowledge Brian’s extraordinary contribution as a volunteer and celebrate his winning of the Infoxchange, Volunteer of the Year 2024, Australian – Not –For- Profit – Technology Awards 2024.
The Hon Amanda Rishworth MP for Kingston attended to present Brian with his award and on the day she also gave our Level 2 ACE students their Certificates of Achievement.
The lively social occasion was enjoyed by all in attendance and provided our wider studio community the opportunity to connect with each other and celebrate Brian’s achievement.
