Today we explored the power of believing in yourself and becoming your own cheerleader!
We began with seated visualisation, followed by time to create our own vision boards using magazines, coloured paper, and washi tape. Each person had the chance to visualise their goals and bring them to life through art.
In the afternoon, the space came alive with fresh flowers as everyone created a personal bunch to take home — a reminder to keep dreaming and visualising beyond the session.
