Week 3 of Natural Fibres & Floristy Course 2

Floristry and Natural Fibres 🌿🌸 Vase arrangements Participants spent the morning working with stunning native flowers, including protea and leucadendron, to create beautiful vase arrangements.

They explored the technique of using florist tape to form a grid across the top of their vases, helping to support and guide the placement of each botanical element.

This method allowed everyone to experiment with balance, structure, and creativity in their designs. In the afternoon, the focus shifted to a more hands-on, artistic activity.

Participants painted and sealed their handmade flower frogs, which they had crafted from air-dry clay in the previous week’s class. It was wonderful to see each piece come to life with colour and personality, ready to be used in future floral creations.
