Participants designed an “all-round” floral arrangement using fresh seasonal flowers and foliage. Along the way, they learned essential flower care techniques — from stripping stems and preparing foliage to keeping arrangements looking fresh and vibrant for longer. It was wonderful to see everyone exploring balance, colour combinations, texture, and shape while building their designs.
After lunch, the creativity continued as participants used their floral arrangements as inspiration for mixed media artwork. Drawing on the colours, forms, and movement of their designs, they experimented with different materials and techniques to create unique, expressive pieces.
