Art therapy sessions on wednesdays

Participants will explore a range of art making techniques and activities including: journaling, collage, water painting and sharing their stories.
The focus is: self expression and therapeutic goals rather than a finished art work.
No art skills required
Morning session: 10.30am – 12.30pm or Afternoon session: 12 noon – 2.00pm
